Often times referred to as Veterans Court, Military court provides a means of dismissing pending charges. Military court is available for people who are presently enlisted in all branches of the military. Even if a person is deployed, that person can have his or her case handled by the military court.
Another cool thing about military court is that certain charges that cannot be dismissed by diversion, can be dismissed by military court after completing the program. For instance, pretrial or judicial diversion is not available for driving under the influence related matters. But an active-duty service member or veteran can get a dui offense dismissed in military court.
